3. How do I sign up for a training program?

4. What types of training programs do you offer?

   - Answer: We offer three training programs:

• 90-Day Transformation Program

• 30-Day Diet Guidance Program

• 180-Day Transformation Program

5. How often will I have sessions with my trainer?

   - Answer: Our trainers will contact you every day to stay updated on your progress and to advise on any necessary changes in diet and workouts.

   - Answer: Yes, our platform is mobile-friendly, allowing you to access your training program and communicate with your trainer from your smartphone or tablet.

10. What if I experience technical issues with the platform?
